Terms and Condition

• 1. All electrical installations will comply with national and local codes and standards enforced at the time of installation
  2. Where work is intended to modify existing circuits, cost quotes assume that the existing installation is adequate condition and complies with minimum current regulations. Any work found required to bring the necessary parts of the existing installation up to code will be at additional cost.
  3. Unless stated otherwise, all cables will be concealed by chasing into the building fabric, or concealed in building voids, under floors, etc. Where impractical, cabling will be neatly surface run either clipping directly or housed in conduit.
  4. Where carpet or floor covering may require lifting to allow concealed installation work, no charge is made for this service, with all attempts being made to avoid damage in them and to refit them to an acceptable standard. However, consideration of employing a specialist fitter may be prudent your cost to affect a fully satisfactory installation.
  5. Chases in finished walls or ceilings requiring access, incisions or openings may be required. Repairs to finishes to be by others, unless otherwise stated.
  6. All Strives will be made to undertake installation work in a neat and clean standard, using dust sheets, drop cloths, and cleaning equipment as necessary.
  7. Removal from site and disposal of generated rubble, fittings, wiring materials, general waste, and packaging is included.

• 1. Clearing and or moving furniture and other items blocking access to work areas are not included
  2. Installation of insulation or firestopping is not included and to be installed by others
  3. Excavation or trenching for installation purposes is not included, and to be completed by others.

• 1. All extras, changes, or variations to original estimate must be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

• 1. The costs quoted assume continuous and unhindered access to the site by prior agreement.
  2. Unless otherwise Stated, their cost quoted assume standard working hours between 7:30 and 4:00 Monday to Friday inclusive. Work required outside these hours may attract hours of premium rates..
  3. Any additional work not covered in our quoted cost will attract additional charge rate of $75 per hour per technician plus materials cost..
  4. All figures quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate or quotation.

• 1. The risk in all goods supplied by Eirich electric Inc. shall pass to the client upon delivery.
  2. All goods supplied shall remain property of Eirich Electric Inc. until all sums have been paid in full.
  3. Any additional work not covered in our quoted cost will attract additional charge rate of $75 per hour per technician plus materials cost..

• 1. Eirich Electric Inc. warrants its installation work to be defect free for a period of twelve months from initial invoice date. Such cover does not extend to goods or materials not supplied by Eirich Electric Inc., or where physical damage to products or any instance where the original installation has been altered or tampered with subsequently by third parties.

• 1. Payment in full at completion of specified work.
  2. Payment in thirds (Deposit, 1st inspection, and completion) of specified work.
  3. Installments (payment plan) to included payment schedule of specified work.
  4. Time & Materials of specified work. (Invoiced weekly).
